Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the lobby at EMPOWER Telecom will be closed Effective Immediately March 20, 2020 until further notice.

The Safety of our Members and employees is EMPOWER Telecom's highest priority. Accordingly, to minimize the risk of exposure to, or the spreading of, the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and to help ensure the health and well-being of those in our community, and our valued employees, your cooperative will be taking the following action. Effective , March 20, 2020, and until further notice, EMPOWER Telecom will close the office lobby to the public and ask its Subscribers to conduct their business with the telecom through a number of other options.

Business can be transacted by calling our office at 1 (434) 636-2274, online at pay here, or you can leave payments in our drop-box located at the entrance of the parking lot (the drop box will be checked daily).

We are taking every precaution to help maintain a healthy community. Keeping our employees healthy is critical to our efforts to maintain the high level of service you have come to expect from your telecom, even as our nation deals with COVID-19. In closing, we will continue to monitor the situation, take additional action if needed, and provide updates as new information becomes available.
